The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (Medical University of Bahrain) visited Premiere Academy to discuss about the opportunities available to students who desire to study health care courses in Ireland. The team of Surgeons informed the students of their partnership with Medics Abroad, an agency charged with the responsibility of recruiting students from Nigeria, to study at RCSI Bahrain.

The goal of their partnership is to create a medical educational ecosystem that starts with student recruitment. This endeavour will allow students to not only benefit from a seamless application process into the healthcare profession, but also from life-changing clinical elective opportunities, and mentorship during and after their studies. They further underlined the point that Medics Abroad is an International organisation that is redefining medical educational travel experiences globally. They are saddled with managing the logistics of clinical placements for medics all around the world by matching them with thoughtfully curated all-inclusive arrangements for clinical practice in Africa - combining invaluable work experience with community immersion.

They went further to list the available undergraduate programmes for the medical courses they offered. They are:

  • Medicine Commencement Programme
    Duration: One year
Qualification: Certificate in Foundation Medical Sciences
