On the 4th of August, Premiere Academy welcomed her final year students who have returned to school for the forth coming WAEC Examinations. This is coming after four months of staying at home as a result of the outbreak of  the COVID -19 pandemic.

It was a pleasant experience to behold, watching students as they reunited with classmates and greeted their teachers with high expectations of getting ready for the exams. It was a dream come true, as the situation was better experienced than imagined. Students shared their stories about  the COVID19 lockdown periods.

As part of preparations for receiving students in a well sanitized environment, Premiere  Academy being a school with a vision to raising distinguished leaders had to raise the bar, by designing its own customized automatic santizing machine set at entry points. It's a light sensor device designed by the Technology department of the school to assist the fast santizing of incoming students and visitors. Further preventive measures to guard against COVID19 were strictly observed, such  as social distancing, hand sanitizers at every door entrance, awareness posters reminders, and a brief orientation on healthy living tips, especially at the hostels.

The school's medical team was on standby to do temperature checks on every student , staff or parent, and to handle any suspected cases of COVID-19. The arrangements were witnessed by inspectors from NCDC and Presidential Task Force, who gave their reports about the organised and smooth checking-in process.

Revision classes were slated to resume on the 5th of August in earnest.
Welcome back.
Stay and play safe.
