In a world that's constantly evolving, some unfortunate situations still persist as a result of human nature and inferiority complex indices. Consequently, this result in bullying as a way of creating some form of artificial importance or fake relevance.
This negative tendency must be constantly dealt with by emphasizing self value, devoid of jealousy and envy while applying empathy.
Though the act of Bullying is an age-old menace, it can totally be subdued. Thankfully, there are actions and inactions to be taken in order to combat and surmount it. At Premiere Academy, we have established great progress in fighting this menace, and we are more disposed to learning new ways to staying on top of the situation.
As bullying tends to disguise itself from the physical form, taking the shape of academic, psychological, social and economic form, its important to underscore the point that its big hindrance to high performers and academic excellence for any school, therefore requires zero-tolerance in action. Furthermore, as agents of change, coupled with good intentions, and taking appropriate measures, starting from ourselves, we have put together Anti-Bullying committees, Disciplinary committees, Monitoring Prefects, Teachers, Security staff, CCTV camera, Stiff Anti-bullying rules. Moreover, preaching the act of love and true religion as divine measures to help change the mindset of our students. As we know some students may have acquired this negative disposition due to influence from family members, or negative societal pressures.
In spite of the challenges, we stand together in unity, dressed in blue, pink, or white, to embark on a collective mission to break the circle of bullying. And it can, and will be done!
The salvageable situation precipitated our decision to organise today's programme, which is a periodic event that holds every term, to educate, inform, and empower each one of us to be the change we want to see in our school community.
HIGHPOINTS OF THE ANTI-BULLYING PROGRAMME
Bullying, in all its forms, creates a toxic environment that inhibits growth and learning. It's not merely about the perpetrator and the victim, but the entire community. A hindrance to academic and societal tranquility. When one person suffers, we all suffer, like a chain reaction. By recognizing the different forms of bullying – verbal, physical, social and cyber ,– we empower ourselves to be vigilant, ensuring no one falls prey to its grasp.
More importantly, at the heart of eradicating bullying lies empathy. Understanding and feeling the emotions of others cultivates a culture of compassion. Today's programme is designed to help us step into each other's shoes, to see the world through a different lens. As we do so, we not only become more kind individuals but also active participants in building a safer, more inclusive environment. During the program, our very informed students presented an interesting drama that served as a poignant reinforcement of the impact of bullying. Lessons were learnt, and through their art, they depicted the harsh reality faced by many and urged their fellow students to stand united against it.

As we stand together today, a sea of blue, pink, and white, we send a powerful message: " Change begins with each one of us" by fostering an environment of respect, kindness, and understanding. We forge an unbreakable bond. Together, we are an unstoppable force against bullying, proving that unity and love for one another can overcome even the most entrenched challenges.
The programme wasn't just an event; it was a catalyst for transformation. A step towards a safer, more compassionate school community for all and sundry. Watching our student participate in discussions and activities, it reinforced the belief, that they're contributing to a brighter future for not only themselves but for those coming behind.
In summary, Let's all carry this torch forward, ensuring that our commitment to eradicating bullying remains steadfast in our hearts every single day.
