For instance, Precious Effiong who graduated in 2015, a former student of Premiere Academy who, after receiving a comprehensive education here, works as a data analyst for AMD, a semiconductor company based in the USA. Prior to that, she received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Engineering and Business Analytics from Prairie View A&M University and Southern Methodist University, respectively.
Outside of her core functions, she strives to make an impact by serving on Informational Panels for college students and providing career guidance to foster pathways for more minorities in tech.
She also participates actively in volunteering activities geared towards providing essential supplies for the less fortunate.
According to Precious; "My time at Premiere Academy did not only provide me with a strong foundation to be a well-rounded individual but has also directly influenced the path of my postsecondary school education." Her journey from being a student of Premiere Academy to a change maker is a testament to the transformative power of our education.
